Answer: Since our billing company ASSIST.RU is a Russian company the requests for the payments authorization come from a Russian bank, and it is the same as if you were paying in Russia.
First of all, contact your bank and ask if it is possible to pay by your credit card abroad. Most probably, your bank has blocked the payments from your credit card in other countries. Such cases have become very frequent recently. And usually these problems are solved after contacting the bank. |
