   Why wasn't my account in OriginClub replenished at once?

Question: My payment was successfully completed, money was taken from my credit card, but wasn't entered on my OriginClub account. What is going on, why I don't see my money on my account? Should I repeat the whole procedure?
Answer: if your payment was successfully completed, but your account wasn't replenished at once, it means that for some technical reasons the data of your payment failed to reach the database of OriginClub. In this case our server every 10 minutes automatically refreshes the information about the payments. The data in our database are brought into step, and at this moment your account is replenished.

So you needn't worry and try again. Your account will be replenished within 20 minutes.
